1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday). As a new business, we appreciate your patience while we work to fulfill your order promptly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most U.S. states. International shipping is available to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs delays for international orders. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
